By using CromoCollect you agree to the following.
CromoCollect is a personal sticker tracker. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Panini, FIFA, or any official World Cup partner. All team names, tournament names, and related marks are property of their respective owners.
• You must be 13 or older to use the app • You are responsible for keeping your account secure • Your username must not impersonate anyone or contain offensive language • You may upload a profile picture which will be visible to other users
• The app includes social features: a public feed, comments, profile images, and friend connections • Content you post (messages, images, comments) is visible to other users • You retain ownership of content you post, but grant us a license to display it within the app • You are responsible for the content you post — it must not be illegal, offensive, or violate others' rights • We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms • Profile images and feed images are stored and may be visible to all users • Do not post personal information (addresses, phone numbers, etc.) in public areas
Your collection data belongs to you. We store it to make the app work across devices. We don't claim any ownership over it. Profile images and feed content you upload are stored on our servers and visible to other users as part of the app's social features.
You may delete your account at any time from the Profile tab. Deletion is immediate and permanent — all your data including your collection, profile, and follow relationships will be removed with no possibility of recovery. By confirming deletion you acknowledge this is irreversible.
• We employ automated and manual moderation to maintain a safe community • Moderators may remove content or comments that violate these terms • Repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination • We are not responsible for user-generated content but will act on reported violations
Don't attempt to abuse, scrape, or reverse-engineer the app. Don't use it for anything other than tracking your sticker collection and engaging with the community features. Don't post spam, harassment, or inappropriate content.
The CromoCollect name, design, and code are our property. Nothing in these terms grants you any rights to them.
We provide the app as-is. We may update, change, or discontinue it at any time without notice. We are not liable for any data loss.
We may update these terms occasionally. We'll notify users of any significant changes. Continued use of the app means you accept any updates.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA.
